​- Set your thermostat and programming thru your smart phone.

- Receive alert if away from home and temperature drops below set point on thermostat.

CARRIER COR WIFI Thermostat:

- ​Smart thermostat, energy savings built in.

- 2 stage and cooling modes, auxiliary heat.

- Up to 20% energy savings, app for your smart phone.

- Has humidity control built in.

- This detector had a reading of 12 ppm of carbon monoxide (co) this was due to a dirty oven.

- Rated to read co as low as 5 ppm

- In the home normally there is 0 reading.

- ALL store bought detectors only go down to 50-70 ppm (read back of packaging before buying).
